Identify the service type
Direct top-ups usually require a Player ID, User ID, username, or invite link. Gift cards and digital codes are delivered as codes that you redeem on the relevant platform.
Check the region
Some products are limited to Saudi Arabia or another region. Make sure the product region matches your account before purchase.
Review order details
Double-check every field before payment. An incorrect ID or username may send a top-up to the wrong account, while an incorrect email may affect delivery of digital codes.
After ordering
Keep your order number, avoid duplicate orders while processing, and check your email when waiting for a digital code.
How to read order fields
If a product asks for Player ID or User ID, copy it directly from the account. If it asks for Username, use the real username rather than the display name. Some products may instead require an invite link or delivery email.
